    Walking with Jesus

how easily do we forget who we are, and the authority and annointing that is on us? do we really know that we know that we know that we are HIS workmanship?

do ee really understand that we are dead to ourselves and made alive in christ at the Cross?

But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, 5even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), 6and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, 7that in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. 8For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, 9not of works, lest anyone should boast. 10For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them. Eph 2:2

the Problem with too many Christians is  you’ve often heard it said.. that we try to run before we can walk

But I would put it to you that we try to walk before we can sit!

like Mary we need to learn to sit at the feet of Jesus, because only there will we learn who we really are and How God as made us his own handywork .

how do you see yourself in the mirror each day? do you see a Sinner who is struggling to be a christian trying to make the best of who you can be? or are you a Christian who walks in the Spirit, who is full of unspeakable joy who yes occasionally struggles with Sin?

take the time this week to ponder on these things and Ask God to give you a new Revelation of who YOU are, and it will revolutionise your walk with Jesus and your effectiveness as a Christian

    some scriptures to study

    Ephesians  2:2

    Ephesians 3:17

    1 Cor 3:9-16

    1 Pet 3:5
